Cancellation Policy

Appointment Booking All massage and facial appointments must be secured with full payment at the time of booking. Appointments are confirmed once payment has been received. You will receive confirmation via email. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Chinley Masssage kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. More than 48 hours’ notice: Eligible for a refund. Within 48 hours of your appointment: The appointment is non-refundable. However, as a courtesy, you will be offered the opportunity to rebook your treatment at no additional charge. Rebooking Conditions The new appointment must be scheduled within 30 days of the original booking date. Rebooking is subject to availability. Only one complimentary rebooking is permitted per cancelled appointment. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client. The full appointment fee will still apply. No-Shows Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the full treatment fee being retained. Rebooking in this instance will be at Chinley Massage's discretion. Health & Safety Please inform Chinley Massage of any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, recent surgeries, or skin sensitivities prior to your appointment. This ensures your massage or facial treatment is delivered safely and effectively. Right to Refuse Service Chinley Massage reserve the right to refuse treatment where it is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or contraindicated.
